Easterseals Oregon has established a committee to elect a new Chief Executive Officer. During the transition period, the Easterseals Oregon Board has appointed current CFO/COO Kristen Rantz as the Interim CEO, following the departure of Carol Salter from the organization.

Easterseals Oregon Board Chair, Jahzeel Ormeno has spoken confidently about the capabilities of Easterseals Oregon and Kristen Rantz, stating “Easterseals is an organization founded on resiliency and commitment to the people we serve, every step of the way. We believe Kristen Rantz is an excellent choice to serve in this interim role and lead the organization. She has a very strong operational and financial background and will serve as an excellent chief executive and guiding voice for Easterseals Oregon.”

As we celebrate our 75th anniversary of service to our fellow Oregonians, Easterseals Oregon remains focused on our unwavering commitment to the people we serve and to our mission: to be the organization that provides exceptional services and resources that make a tangible and positive impact on society.
