Stephanie Lewickas

Stephanie is a Speech-Language Pathologist who has been employed at Ascension St. Joseph Medical Center since 2010. Throughout her tenure, Stephanie has worked in all service areas within the continuum of rehabilitation services including acute care, acute inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient.  She is now serving as the Director of Therapy Services and the Program Director for the Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at Ascension St. Joseph-Joliet.  Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Science with a minor in Gerontology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and her Master of Science in Communication Disorders and Sciences from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.  Most recently she earned the certification of Medical Rehabilitation Management Certification (MRMC). 

Stephanie is married to her husband, Adam Lewickas, and they have two children, Eleanor and Blaise.  In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, and giving back to the community.  Stephanie has served as a Past President of Joliet Junior Woman’s Club, which led her to the Easter Seals Board as an Honorary Member, before she officially joined the Board of Directors.
