Veterans Rally Point Services: Active Military, National Guard, Reserve, Veterans, and Their Families
For many of the brave men and women servicemembers who have served our country, the journey home is complicated and challenging. Whether you're recovering from physical and/or psychological injuries or trying to navigate the civilian world to gain meaningful employment, Easterseals walks with veterans and servicemembers on their journey every step of the way. Easterseals is committed to the successful reintegration of Active Military, National Guard, Reserve, Veterans, and their families into all aspects of civilian life. Easterseals employs innovative strategies and expertise, coupled with a supportive 1:1 customized service model, tailored specifically to the individual’s needs. Most services are free of charge for our members or offered on an affordable sliding fee scale.

M&T Bank funds “Meals for Military” at Easterseals Veterans Rally Point
Easterseals Veterans Rally Point Center of Excellence provides free, life changing, wrap around, holistic services for military and their families. As this population is often transitioning back to civilian life, working full-time to support their families, or retired, sit-down meals encourage much needed social connection. Thanks to the generosity of M&T Bank, there will be multiple “Meals for Military” events at Veterans Rally Point in 2024 including meals as well as healthy food prep classes. At these events, Veterans Rally Point members and their families are exposed to the resources and services available at VRP; including peer to peer support, behavioral health counseling, state-of-the-art fitness center, computer training, enrichment classes, healthy food prep classes, and more. Over time, Easterseals plans to expand our "Meals for Military" program to address the growing needs of our military community.
