EnviroShred Secure Document Destruction
EnviroShred opened its doors in 2008 as a social enterprise of Easterseals Capital Region & Eastern Connecticut, Inc. The NAID-certified business is a safe, secure, and environmentally responsible means of destroying confidential information. EnviroShred works in accordance with all state laws and regulations and maintains compliance with the highest level of federal government standards for document destruction. EnviroShred provides pick-up services, drop-off services, document purging, and electronics recycling.
EnviroShred both directly employs veterans and individuals with disabilities and its operations support the employment programs of Easterseals.
Simply put, using EnviroShred means entrusting your secure information to an industry leader and doing good at the same time.

Success Story: Meet Leon
Let us introduce you to the amazing Leon! Leon started with Easterseals in the AbilityOne Program in 1999 and since then, he has moved into a hired staff position as a shred room transportation driver and shred machine operator for EnviroShred. Leon interacts with all EnviroShred customers and portrays expertise in balancing customers wants, needs, and expectations. He has driven over 250,000 miles and is an asset to Easterseals. His dedication and commitment to our mission is an inspiration to all of those who work with him.
