Meet Brian: 2022 Medical Rehabilitation Patient of the Year
Brian is an Easterseals staff favorite and it’s hard to not smile when he is in the Windsor Outpatient Therapy Office. He is always quick with a greeting, a story, an observation or a suggestion on how to fix something. This was not always the way for Brian who received special education services in school and started coming to Easterseals at the request of his mother. His mom Carla thought he would benefit from Speech Therapy and after research she found Easterseals.

Meet Johana: Easterseals EnviroClean Success Story
Johana started in Easterseals School to Work program and then began in GSE (Group Supported Employment) in 2002, following her graduation from high school. Her work experience at Easterseals includes a variety of assembly and bindery tasks, sorting papers in Enviro Shred, cleaning at the Veterans Home in Rocky Hill and the Middletown Weigh Station, and stocking shelves at CVS.
