[TEMPLATE] Adult Day Services
Easterseals provides home and community-based services affording adults and seniors resources they need to stay healthy and engaged with their community or neighborhood.
Overview
Easterseals adult day service centers provide a place outside the home for adults of all ages and with all types of disabilities to be active in the community, socialize with their peers, and receive health and personal care services.
Our life-changing programs help adults with disabilities, people with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, as well as those with Multiple Sclerosis, and those who have had a stroke, thrive and improve overall emotional and physical health.
In addition, these valuable programs offer respite, support, and education for family members and other caregivers.
