Camp Lily-Lehigh Valley FAQs

Where is the camp located?
Camp Lily Lehigh Valley is held on the campus of Cedar Crest College in west end Allentown. Amenities include air conditioned indoor spaces, outdoor play areas, swimming pool, and occupational therapy room. On campus, the Dorothy Rider Pool Science Center will serve as the hub for camp activities. Campers must pack their own lunch (with freezer pack if needed).

Where do I go when I arrive at camp on the first day (Monday) of a session?
Enter the Cedar Crest College campus from Cedar Crest Boulevard and follow the signs for Camp Lily. We are doing a curbside style drop off and pick-up. Campers and parents must remain in their vehicle. No exceptions. A counselor will come to the vehicle to check-in the camper. View our map of the college campus showing drop off/pick up location.

Do you offer transportation to and from camp?
No, we are unable to offer transportation to or from camp.

When does camp start? When does it end?
Each session runs weekly, Monday through Friday (no camp July 4). Camp hours are from 9am-4pm each day. We do not offer extended hours or early drop-offs.

Who is the camp director and who are the camp counselors?
To be announced for Summer 2024.

How old must a camper be to attend?
Camp Lily is best suited for campers aged 8 through 21 years.

How do I apply?
You must register online using CampDoc, our easy, secure online system. You must use Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge (not Explorer) as your internet browser to access the system. Staff are available to assist you with the online process if you send an email to with a message about your problem. All required forms and documents must be completed in full at least 2 weeks prior to the session start date for which you are registered.

How do I pay for camp?
We accept multiple forms of payments including: Waiver funds, FSS, cash, checks and credit cards. If you are working with a Supports Coordination Agency, please contact your Supports Coordinator for more funding options.

Do you offer scholarships?
Scholarships from Easterseals are available on a limited basis and cannot be guaranteed. Campers that have Waiver or FSS funds should utilize those funds before requesting a scholarship. Scholarships are awarded on an as-needed basis and can only be awarded to campers that have ALL required financial information uploaded into the billing section of CampDoc, our online registration system. Register by May 20th for consideration.

What should I bring to camp?
Please do not bring any valuables to camp. Easterseals cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Bring the following items with you every day:
   - Face masks
   - A packed lunch (use freezer pack if necessary)
   - A bathing suit and towel
   - Sunscreen
   - A refillable water bottle
   - A change of clothing/diapers if needed

How do you handle medications?
If you are bringing medications to camp they MUST be in the original, labeled bottle. We cannot accept pre-poured or pre-counted medications. We cannot accept any medications that have altered labels or containers that have more than one type of medication in them. If there is a medication dosage or time change, it must be updated in CampDoc.
