Residential Programs

Residential and Social Services
The goal of Easterseals residential programs is to provide options for assisted living in community settings, to maximize independence in activities of daily living, to promote the achievement of vocational potential, and to foster community integration.

Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) CILA is designed to provide support and assistance to individuals who have demonstrated the performance abilities of the day-to-day arts of living in a home-like setting. Each individual is assigned a Qualified Support Person (QSP) or Qualified Health Support Person (QHSP) form the Community Support Team (CST). CILAs are staffed by Direct Support Persons (DSP) who has a minimum of a high school diploma and at least one year experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
