Tiffany Bickett
Tiffany Bickett is completing her PsyD in Clinical Psychology at Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky. In 2021, she completed her B.A. as a double major in both Psychology, as well as Human Services & Counseling at Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Kentucky. She then earned her M.A. in Clinical Psychology at Spalding University in 2023.
Tiffany has experience working in different clinical environments, such as private practices and medical clinics. Tiffany has had a variety of clinical experiences thus far in her training, which include providing psychodiagnostic evaluations--most notably, neurodevelopmental assessments and psychoeducational testing. Tiffany is also certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), which is a gold standard form of family therapy that helps children with behavioral challenges and their caregivers. Tiffany is also experienced in providing individual therapy, other forms of family therapy, and group therapy. Her clinical interests include working with children, adolescents, and their families in both intervention and assessment--especially in the areas of neurodevelopmental, attachment, and anxiety disorders.
When not working, Tiffany enjoys reading, sewing, baking, and photography. At any social event, you can find Tiffany with the kiddos and animals, and she loves to spend time with her family! Tiffany is excited to complete her internship at Easterseals Rehabilitation Center and to continue providing mental health care to the children, families, and individuals of the Evansville community!
Lynsi Buford
Lynsi Buford is currently completing her PsyD in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School in Los Angeles, CA. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2020 and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School in 2023. Lynsi has trained in a variety of clinical settings, including private practice, medical hospitals, and early intervention centers, where she has provided play therapy, neurodevelopmental assessments, and parent and teacher training.
Lynsi is especially passionate about working with the birth to five population, believing that early intervention can significantly improve long-term outcomes and create the foundation for healthier development. Lynsi is also passionate about multidisciplinary work, recognizing that it takes a village to fully understand and support a child holistically.
In her free time, Lynsi enjoys going to the gym, taking heated yoga and Pilates classes, and reading psychological thrillers. She is super excited to continue growing and learning as a clinician at Easterseals.
Emma Grubbs
Emma Grubbs is completing her PhD in School Psychology with a focus in neuropsychology at Ball State University. She graduated from Colorado State University in 2021 with her BS in Neuroscience with a concentration in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience. She then went on to receive her MA in School Psychology from Ball State University in 2022.
Emma has experience working in hospitals, schools, and private practice settings. She also has administered neurodevelopmental, neuropsychological, and psychoeducational assessments for a variety of ages. Emma has additional experience administering and monitoring school-based academic, social, and emotional interventions. Emma's clinical interests include assessment and interventions for children and adolescents experiencing neurodevelopmental disorders.
Emma is a native Hoosier. In her free time, she enjoys needle crafts, traveling, baking, and playing with her dog. Emma is looking forward to spending her internship year at Easterseals Rehabilitation Center and continuing to grow as a clinician while providing mental health services to the community.
Manasa Swaminathan
Manasa Swaminathan is completing her PsyD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Indianapolis in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 2021, she completed bachelor’s degrees in psychology and family and human development from Arizona State University. She then earned her MA in Clinical Psychology at the University of Indianapolis in 2023.
Manasa has experience working in various settings, including large hospitals, private practices, and college counseling centers. Her clinical and research interests include the assessment and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders, especially within diverse communities. In collaboration with IU School of Medicine, Manasa is co-leading a global health equity project focused on autism diagnosis and care in Indian communities in the U.S and India.
In her free time, Manasa enjoys exploring new places, spending time with her friends and family, watching movies, and traveling. Manasa is excited for her internship at Easterseals Rehabilitation Center and continuing to grow as a well-rounded clinician.
