Tod Marvin

Mr. Marvin serves as the President and CEO for Easterseals Central Texas. He is responsible for the long-term strategic direction, financial health, and day-to-day operations for the agency.

Lucas Wells
Chief Program Officer

Mr. Wells heads all aspects of the Paid Job Training, and Employment Services programs, including hiring, team member performance and training, contract management and acquisitions. He also oversees the Community and Housing Services program which gives people with disabilities have equal access to housing, employment services and assistive technology.

Mia Martin
Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Martin leads the finance office and is responsible for the day-to-day planning, implementing and managing of all financial-related activities. Oversees compliance and regulation for government contracts and private grants.

Tami Andres
Vice President, Human Resources & Organizational Development

Tami is a Human Resources Professional well versed in management, leadership, employee relations, human resources and organizational development with over 25 years’ experience in a variety of industries.  She currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development for Easterseals Central Texas, and led them to being named one of the Austin American Statesman’s Top Workplaces for mid-sized employers in 2015.  Tami holds certifications as a Strength Deployment Inventory facilitator and is passionate about implementing communication and collaboration strategies that drive managing conflict and improving relationships resulting in organizational success. 

Tami currently serves as Co-VP for the 2018 AHRMA Conference, Membership Chair for the League for Non-Profit Human Capital, and is a member of the Strategic Human Resources Forum.  She is passionate about helping others with personal and professional growth and development as well as giving back to the community.
