Helping Neurodiverse Students Transition Effectively

Introduction

The Portland Public School Youth Transition Program in collaboration with Community Services Network, DePaul Industries, Meadowlark and Easterseals Oregon is pleased to announce that after many weeks of planning, they will launch a very important virtual transition resource fair.

On April 27th & 28th, from 6pm to 8pm, you can hear and obtain information and valuable resources from a variety of local PDX community agencies that provide support and services for your student while in high school and beyond.


Who is This Event For?

This virtual fair is designed for students who are on the neurodiverse spectrum or may have multiple/complex needs and for the families that support them.

Most of the information and resources will pertain to high school aged students.
