Adult Day Services

Our adult day services serve adults with disabilities while providing their families and caregivers with respite and access to community resources. We believe that we exist to support the people we serve so their lives are filled with purpose and high self-esteem and a deep connection to their community.

Our person-centered approach offers a safe, supervised, social daytime setting and allows participants the opportunity to choose the activities and outings in which they wish to participate. We build on the unique qualities of each participant with individualized and structured activities while encouraging independence. Our centers are embedded in local communities offering our participants with opportunities to explore through daily outings and volunteerism.

Our centers are open from 7:30am to 3:30pm. Programming is offered to individuals ages 18 and older with physical disability or social or cognitive impairment who need some assistance with everyday tasks. Our staff receives extensive training in first aid, medication administration, and crisis prevention intervention to provide a safe and supportive environment for all of our participants. Our program staff will work with each participant, their family, and other supports as a team to develop a service plan that matches the individual's interests and abilities. Goals are set and progress is discussed at least every six months.
