Adult Day Services
Our Adult Day Service Centers supports adults with severe cognitive and physical disabilities with weekday programming and specialized activities. This program provides opportunities to learn independence, make friends and gain the community living experience. Center locations include West Allis, Wauwatosa, Waukesha and Kenosha.

Recreation
The Recreation Program is the result of our partnership with The Milwaukee County Office of Persons with Disabilities. The program provides seasonal recreation activities for teens and adults, ages 16 and older at the Wil-O-Way Recreation Centers, Easter Seals locations, and at other community sites. 

Care Management Services
This program is the result of a partnership with My Choice Family Care. Responsibilities include monitoring the long term care needs for individuals with developmental disabilities, frail elders, individuals with brain injuries, dementia, persistent mental illness and those with terminal diagnoses who qualify for support service in Milwaukee County. The desired outcome is to coordinate services that will support a person to live independently in the community. 

Corporate Guardianship Services
Our Corporate Guardianship programs provide critical support to people who are aging or have a disability that impairs their ability to make informed decisions about their life and welfare. This service is provided throughout our six county service area.

Workforce Development and Training

Vocational Training
Our vocational programs are designed to develop an individual's job skills, confidence, independence, work readiness skills and positive work habits. This is accomplished by completing a variety of jobs which are obtained, from contracts held with businesses in and around Waukesha County. Major components of Vocational Rehabilitation Services include: evaluation, work readiness training and placement services. 

Competitive Employment Opportunities through “LilyWorks”
Our commercial services offer opportunities for individuals to develop work skills in areas of catering or commercial lawn maintenance. These work environments offer community based integrated work skills training across the area that are translatable to a variety of independent community job opportunities.
