Meet Nathan

Ms. Saori on floor with kids giving music lesson

In Ms. Saori's music therapy sessions, our students benefited greatly. They enjoyed engaging in music games, learning about different instruments, and making music together, which not only made learning fun but also improved their communication skills and ability to express their feelings. It was great to see everyone feeling included and happy together. I noticed that as we continued with music therapy, the students became better at talking, managing their emotions, and paying attention. Overall, music therapy had a positive impact on their learning, social skills, and self-esteem.

One of our students, Nathan, at the beginning of the school year, didn’t talk too much. However, once we started our music classes, he began to participate more actively in class, singing and playing instruments. The music therapy sessions with Ms. Saori helped him express himself, and now he's talking more and more every day.
