MIAMI - Celebrate the union of philanthropy and culinary delights as Easterseals South Florida's 33rd Annual Festival of Chefs makes its triumphant return on Thursday, January 11, 2024, from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at Jungle Island. Prepare for an evening of exquisite dining curated by some of the region's most accomplished chefs, promising a symphony of flavors that will tantalize your taste buds. This premier culinary event serves a greater purpose, channeling its proceeds towards the Easterseals South Florida Culinary Arts High School. Dedicated to providing vocational training and job placement assistance for students with autism and other developmental disabilities, this unique institution is at the heart of Easterseals South Florida’s mission to empower and uplift our community. Join us for an unforgettable night where every exquisite bite contributes to a brighter future for promising students seeking success in life.

Each year, this spectacular event draws in a crowd of approximately 500 avid food, wine, and spirits enthusiasts, all eager to indulge on the culinary masterpieces crafted by some of South Florida's most renowned chefs and restaurants. Immerse yourself in a world of exquisite flavors, complemented by a selection of wines and spirits from the globe's finest producers. The pinnacle of the Festival of Chefs lies in the showcase of talent by the Easterseals South Florida culinary students, who proudly unveil their skills through a signature dish that captivates every attendee.

Elevating the culinary experience further is an extraordinary silent auction, a focal point of the evening, offering a treasure trove of fine art, travel and adventure packages, exceptional wines, dining experiences, and more. Be prepared for a night where the senses are awakened, and generosity takes center stage.

This year the Festival of Chefs will welcome back Chef José Mendín as Event Chef Chair. Mendín founded Pubbelly and since has successfully opened several other restaurants, including Casa Isola in Sunset Harbor and Mexico City, and Hitchihaika and June Burgers in Julia & Henry's Food Hall in Downtown Miami. Rounding out the unforgettable evening is South Florida’s favorite lifestyle journalist and on-air entertainment host Kelly Blanco who will serve as Event Emcee.
