The Roy T. Morgan Foundation Grants $5,000 to Easter Seals Rhode Island Pediatric Outpatient Program

Wakefield, RI – The Easter Seals Rhode Island Pediatric Outpatient program was granted $5,000 from the Roy T. Morgan Foundation to be used for therapeutic support within the clinic.

The family-centered Pediatric Outpatient Program opened in October 2011 and provides pediatric outpatient therapy services for children and young adults, through age 21.

The program aligns with the Roy T. Morgan Foundation as it offers physical, occupational and aquatic therapies, as well as group opportunities to help focus on developing a child’s ability to perform everyday living activities by enhancing or restoring function. The Pediatric Outpatient Program served nearly 100 children and young adults in 2012 and will serve more than 100 clients over the next year.
