The mission of the Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center is to create solutions that change lives of children and adults with disabilities or other special needs and their families.

Advocacy: The Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center is dedicated to providing a variety of quality, coordinated services to meet the individual needs and expectations of clients and their families.
Attitudes: We believe access to our organization must be convenient, nonrestrictive, nondiscriminating and available to all. We think of our clients as individuals within the community with unique needs who receive services based on those identified needs.
Family Support: We believe it is our responsibility to educate and empower families to independently access quality programs and services to receive optimum outcomes.
Fundraising: We value cost effective use and efficient utilization of all financial resources through responsible fiscal management and planning.
Professional Development: We are committed to maintaining excellent, quality staff by providing opportunities for development that exceeds the expectations of internal and external consumers to provide customized treatment.
Public Awareness: We value a marketing strategy that educates the community concerning disability issues, services provided to meet client needs, and generates funding needed to support the Easter Seals mission.
