Easterseals offers a range of training, placement and related services that help people prepare for the workforce—because meaningful work is often the key to overcoming challenges and having a good life.

Employment & Training
Easterseals workforce development services provide an individualized approach to assisting persons with disabilities and other needs to make informed choices and attain their employment aspirations. Our approach includes an array of services and supports that ultimately lead to employment.

Veteran Reintegration
We are working to change the employment picture for veterans and military families by educating those who are critical to veteran employment on the deep skills in the veteran talent pool. 

Senior Career Employment
Easterseals is committed to empowering low-income older workers to achieve economic independence and fully engage in the process of determining their own future, through participating in the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP).
