Employment Skills Training

Employment skills training classes focus on equipping individuals with essential skills required for the workplace. These classes cover a range of topics including effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and other soft skills necessary for job success. Drivers Education Classes for Written Exam

Drivers’ education classes for the written exam prepare individuals to pass the theoretical portion of the driver’ license test.  These classes cover road rules, traffic signs, safety regulations, and other essential knowledge needed to succeed in the written examination.

Customer Service Representative Training

Customer service representative training teaches individuals the skills needed to excel in customer service roles.  This includes communication techniques, problem resolution, handling customer inquiries, maintaining a positive attitude, and using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Computer Evaluation Training

Basic Overview Computer Operation Training

Industrial Housekeeping Training

Industrial housekeeping training prepares individuals for cleaning and maintenance roles in industrial settings.  Training covers the use of cleaning equipment, safety procedures, waste management, and maintaining hygiene standards in workplaces such as factories and warehouses.

Basic Clerical Skills Training

Basic clerical skills training equips individuals with the foundational skills required for office administration roles.  This includes tasks such as filing, record-keeping, telephone etiquette, scheduling, basic bookkeeping, and using office software like word processors and spreadsheets.

Hotel Room Attendant Certification Course

The Hotel Room Attendant Certification Course is designed to train individuals in the skills and knowledge required to perform the duties of a room attendant in the hospitality industry.  This course covers cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, using cleaning supplies and equipment properly, adhering to safety and hygiene standards, managing guest requests, and understanding hotel policies and procedures.  Upon completion, participants receive a certification that can enhance their employability in hotels and other lodging establishments.
