Ferry Orthodontics Scavenger Hunt Raises Nearly $15,000

Wakefield, RI — Ferry Orthodontics hosted the 2nd Annual Scavenger Hunt throughout South County on September 27. Over 30 teams gathered for the Ferry Orthodontics Scavenger Hunt which raised nearly $15,000 for Easter Seals RI.

Nearly 150 people, deciphered clues and made their way through South County while they searched for random items in specific locations throughout Wakefield and Narragansett. At the end of the hunt, everyone gathered at Matunuck Community Association for a post hunt celebration complete with food, drinks, music, a raffle and silent auction, and games for all ages.

Many local business including Ferry Orthodontics, The Village at South County Commons, Arnold Lumber, Bank RI, Clean Rite Cleaning and Restoration, Denali of Wakefield, Dennis Moffit Painting, Threadz Embroidery and More, Brickley’s Ice Cream, George’s of Galilee, Edward Jones, Manic Training South County, Fitzpatrick Construction, Frank Karpowicz, Architects, Inc., Gentry Moving and Storage, GrandScapes, Gravelly Hill Design Group, Liberty Rentals, Matunuck Oyster Bar, Mews Tavern, Ocean Mist, Pier Cleaners, Rinaldi Law Offices, LLC, Sweeney Liquors, and Tara’s Tippery Tavern participated in the Scavenger Hunt either as a sponsor, or as a stop along the route.

Congratulations to our top three teams Rinaldi Law Office, LLC, Smashing Pumpkins, and the Seed Family and to the best themed team the Easter Seals Bunnies.
