Easter Seals Arkansas (Little Rock)

Sharon Moone-Jochums is President and CEO of Easter Seals Arkansas, having served in this position since 1991. During her tenure, she has grown a $4 million budget to more than $19 million and helped expand programs and locations around the state. Under her leadership, Easter Seals expanded the West Little Rock Campus, constructed the new Outpatient Services Building, the Children’s Rehabilitation Center, and three HUD funded apartment complexes in addition to opening a Preschool and Outpatient Therapy Clinic in Stuttgart.

Prior to joining Easter Seals, Sharon served as the State Director for Children and Family Services, Executive Director of Youth Home.

Sharon graduated from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut and received her Master’s Degree at Southern Illinois University.

She is married to Arnold Jochums, an attorney with the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office
