ibike2What we do...

Riders attend one 75 minutes session per day for five consecutive days where they learn to ride while accompanied and encouraged by spotters. Over the course of the week, the bikes are adjusted to help riders learn to balance as they gradually discover the skill and joy of riding.

Who can participate...

To register for the camp, participants must meet the following criteria:

  • Between 8 - 18 years old
  • Have a disability
  • Able to attend all 5 days of camp
  • Have a minimum inseam of 20 inches (measured floor-to-seat height while wearing sneakers)
  • Weigh less than 220 pounds
  • Able to walk without assistive devices
  • Able to side-step to both sides (to ensure bike won't fall over when stopping) 
  • Able and willing to wear a properly fitted helmet

Session Schedule

Monday, July 22 through Friday, July 26 2:00 - 3:15pm or 3:35 - 4:50pm.


The camp fee is $100.

Volunteers Needed!

iCan Bike teaches children with disabilities how to ride a two-wheel bike. Spotters are needed to walk/jog/run alongside riders to provide encouragement and physical support as they learn to ride. Volunteers must be 15 years old or older
