Summary:
This position will directly report to the CEO and Program Coordinator for all general maintenance on the warehouse and office spaces including bathrooms, offices, A/C units, and potentially some vehicle preventative maintenance.
Basic Responsibilities:
Plumbing, Electrical, A/C maintenances, annual upkeep of building, some groundskeeping, and potentially small amounts of vehicle maintenance. Answer to the CEO for all duties and be a self starter with troubleshooting issues.
Qualifications:
Must have experience with handyman and maintenance level duties. Must pass Drug Screen and Background Check.
