Jaxon

Jaxon, who has spastic cerebral palsy, has achieved major milestones like sitting up and feeding himself through Easterseals' early intervention therapies. His father, Joa, says those therapies have given them "limitless potential with Jaxon" and that "Easterseals probably has had a huge impact on what he will be in the future.” Today, Jaxon is climbing walls, riding bikes, and winning sled hockey trophies—opportunities his family didn't know existed before the Easterseals support made possible through donations from generous people like you. 

Wells 

When Wells was diagnosed with Joubert syndrome at 11 months old, his family turned to Easterseals. Through personalized support, including a comprehensive team of therapists and a case worker, Wells achieved meaningful milestones—like sitting up in a shopping cart during grocery trips—while building genuine relationships with the family. Wells now participates in up to six therapy sessions weekly, using adaptive equipment to build strength and coordination. 

Known as "the mayor" of his therapy clinic for his joyful presence, Wells has flourished under Easterseals' care, which his mom, Sarah, describes as transformative for their entire family. She says Easterseals provided not just therapeutic services but also community, strength, and encouragement that "changed the trajectory of our lives."
