L. Woodward

Hello My name is Lindsay Woodward and I am very excited to be part of Easterseals South Carolina. I have lived in Myrtle Beach, SC for 18 years, but I am originally from Vienna, VA. Starting at the age of 16, I worked with children ranging from infant to school age for over 15 years. My passion has always been to teach, advocate and give a voice to children in any way that I can. In August of 2017 I attended Brescia University and graduated in May of 2019 with my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, during that time I interned with Horry County public schools in the Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services department. I am a single mom to a sweet and beautiful 9-year-old little girl. When I am not working I love to spend my free time with my sweet girl, by going on hikes, putt-putting, arcades, the beach and anything else that is fun!

Andrea Cavenee

Hello, my name is Andrea Cavenee, and I am thrilled to be a part of Easterseals, SC. I recently moved to Myrtle Beach from a small town in Maryland, where I ran an in-home childcare program for six years. I cared for children ranging in age from infant to school age. I am a strong advocate for children. I believe every child should have the most inclusive and passionate care and learning opportunities available to them. I have completed countless professional training to maintain a license for childcare in MD and also have a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education Studies from Western Governors University in April of 2021. I am married and have four children, a dog, and two cats who keep me on my toes daily. In my free time, my family and I explore the area as much as possible! I also love to read and consider myself a lifelong learner.

Hello, My name is Grace Haley and I am thrilled to be a part of the Easterseals Myrtle Beach team! I graduated from The University of Memphis in 2021 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Studies (concentration in health sciences) and a minor in Medical Assisting. During my last semester, I completed an internship at a pediatric Occupational Therapy clinic where my love for working with and being an advocate for children with disabilities and autism grew. After graduation I moved to Myrtle Beach and worked in the school district as a special education paraprofessional, working with kids one-on-one and in small groups and I got to grow my skills and knowledge in the field. I love being an advocate and a part of a child’s life and journey to becoming independent! In my free time I enjoy going to the movies, reading books, and traveling.
