Social Media Q&A and Chat Guidelines

We look forward to having you join us for our social media events! Here’s a few “rules of the road” to help ensure the event is useful and fun for all participants.

First and foremost, we ask that you please be kind and respectful when you make comments and/or ask questions and that you stay on-topic.

Remember, by participating in a social media event hosted by Easterseals you agree to the following:

  • You are solely responsible for the content of all information you contribute, link to, or upload.
  • Any information you post will be offered in good faith and will not misleading, to the best of your knowledge.
  • You will not post anything that may constitute as spam (e.g., posting with a degree of frequency or repetitiveness that others may be discouraged from posting, posts that are irrelevant to thetopic).
  • Easterseals reserves the right to remove user-generated content we determine to be objectionable including: spam, personal attacks, expletives, off-topic or inflammatory comments, duplicate posts, content that references an inappropriate third party page, advertisements, content attempting to impersonate someone else, or promotion of illegal conduct.

User-generated content may represent the views of those providing the content, but they do not necessarily represent the views or policy of Easterseals.

During a Q&A, we will do our best to address every comment posted. But, if by chance we don’t respond to yours during the chat, we’ll reach out to you privately afterward.
