Tracy Garner serves as Chief Operating Officer for Easterseals, overseeing operations for its national office and a network of 70 Affiliates whose markets cover 48 states and Washington, D.C. Prior to joining the national team, Tracy served as President and CEO of Easterseals Louisiana for 14 years, transforming the organization into the state's largest disability service provider. Under her leadership, the Affiliate has earned recognition as a repeat Best Place to Work and Nonprofit of the Year recipient.
With more than 20 years of experience at Easterseals Louisiana, Tracy has been an innovator in nonprofit disability services, building her expertise across multiple Affiliate organizations and establishing deep relationships throughout the Easterseals network. With 25 years in senior leadership roles, she has designed and executed comprehensive strategies spanning program delivery, legislative affairs, financial management, and organizational effectiveness, consistently delivering measurable outcomes for individuals and families.
Tracy leads with a strong commitment to mission and the people served by Easterseals, demonstrating humility, creativity, strategic focus, and innovation. Her collaborative leadership style drives organizational excellence while maintaining rigorous attention to quality and consensus building. Her approach to strategic planning and execution, combined with her extensive relationships nationwide, positions her to strengthen operations across the entire Easterseals network.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master's in Healthcare Administration, and serves as a credentialed Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) surveyor. She serves on several local, regional, and state boards and councils.
