Tom Davies

Tom Davies is the vice president of Information Technology. With three decades of experience in global corporations, he has worked in various departments, including computer-aided manufacturing, software development and testing, and leading a multi-country infrastructure team. Throughout his career, Tom has been at the forefront of implementing new technology and starting new initiatives. At Molex, he established and led the IT support organization. Since 2015, Tom and his team at Easterseals have stabilized, updated, and secured the National Office’s IT systems. Tom earned his master’s in organizational psychology from National Louis University.
