Mindy McCormick

Mindy L. McCormick, D.S.W., serves as president and chief executive officer of Easterseals Eastern Pennsylvania. With more than twenty years of experience in social work and the nonprofit sector, she is a recognized leader in developing programs that support families and individuals in achieving greater stability and success.

Prior to joining Easterseals, Dr. McCormick worked with The Salvation Army in Reading, Pennsylvania, where she led initiatives across Berks County and Eastern Pennsylvania. Her staff development training programs were adopted by multiple Salvation Army units nationwide. Earlier in her career, she served as a behavior specialist consultant for Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.

Dr. McCormick holds a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in child psychology, a Master of Social Work, and a Doctor of Social Work with a concentration in leadership and pedagogy, all from Kutztown University.
