Kat Wallace Knowles, MS

Kat Wallace Knowles is an autistic, neurodivergent marketing and brand leader diagnosed later in life. She has always worked to create environments where people feel understood and supported—a focus that has guided her work from global health to disability services. She leads Brand Marketing at Easterseals, guiding national efforts in branding, digital strategy, campaigns, and partnerships. With more than 15 years of experience and a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University, Kat has helped organizations refine their values, build award-winning storytelling programs, and navigate change by treating brand as business infrastructure that protects revenue and builds organizational resilience. A breast cancer survivor and former Colorado master gardener, she finds joy in insects, the outdoors, and reclaiming materials for art.
