Dr. Deborah McGaughey

Dr. Deborah McGaughey serves as the national director of major gifts and planned giving at Easterseals. With more than twenty-five years of experience in secondary and postsecondary education and the nonprofit sector, she brings a strong record of success in grant writing, fundraising, and both corporate and community engagement.

Dr. McGaughey has led teams of various sizes, aligning development strategies to support and advance organizational goals. In her current role, she oversees the ASSET program in collaboration with participating Affiliates and is responsible for cultivating and expanding the mid-level and major gifts pipeline for the National Office.
