Craig Erlich has served as chief executive officer of Launch Family Entertainment since June 2023. From January 2015 to December 2022, he was president and CEO of Brix Holdings, based in Dallas, Texas, the franchisor of the following brands: Red Mango, Smoothie Factory, Souper Salad, Red Brix Pizza, Orange Leaf, Humble Donuts, and Friendly’s Restaurants. A strategic leader in retail operations, logistics, real estate, business development, team building, and marketing, Erlich has held leadership positions with CVS Health, Jo-Ann Stores, and KB Toys. He currently serves on the national board of directors for Easterseals and has been a volunteer leader with Easterseals for the past seventeen years. Prior to his current board position, he served on various boards, including Easterseals Texas, New York, Vermont, and Coastal Fairfield County.
