A lifelong extrovert with a passion for transforming communities, Ben Trockman is a project manager for Change for Balance, where he crafts creative communications, manages client relationships, pursues meaningful partnerships, and provides thought leadership.
Trockman previously served as an outreach specialist at Old National Bank where he developed a unique mentorship program, Achieve Ability, that paired aspiring professionals with disabilities with executive leaders, creating a pipeline of confident and talented young professionals.
In November 2019, Ben was elected to his first role in community government as the City of Evansville’s First Ward city councilman.
In 2015, Trockman was presented with the “Spirit of Ability Award” by BraunAbility. In July 2016, he received the “Individual Achievement Award” from Leadership Evansville. In September 2017, he was nominated by the Evansville Business Journal as a “20 under 40.” Most recently, Ben was presented with an award by the City of Evansville’s Mayor Lloyd Winnecke.
Ben currently serves on the Youth Resources Board of Directors, the Special Olympics Indiana Board of Directors, and has been a passionate supporter of Habitat for Humanity of Evansville.
