Back to School: Supporting Caregivers Builds Stronger Teams

Nearly 20% of American adults care for family members, and millions more are parents of school-age children. Often, caregivers juggle the needs of their family members, the demands of work, and their personal lives. However, current infrastructure doesn’t adequately support the needs of families, leaving caregivers with limited options for assistance. To help fill those gaps, Davenport is calling on business leaders to stand by their employees and treat care as a crucial business issue rather than a personal issue.
