Autism Resource Center

The York Autism Center opened in 2009. It is a drop-in library that is open to any individuals, professionals, or students interested in Autism information. Individuals may do research, check items out, speak with the coordinator and ask questions.

The center also offers dvds and books for the community with the latest information on Autism, including books regarding the Definition and Diagnosis of Autism; Education; Sensory Integration; Aspergers; Social Stories; Diets; and many other areas. There are also many sensory integration items for visitors to use.
