Elizabeth DeBiasi has 20 years of varied experience in the banking industry. For the last ten years at CLB Advisory, she has worked with banking clients to affirm and adjust the organization’s strategy and build customized, measurable approaches to execute the refined strategy. Her work involves building and implementing marketing strategies and processes, business measurements and technical capabilities in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Business Banking, Wealth Management, Treasury Management, Strategic Credit Analysis, Capital Markets and Investment Banking.
Her work at CLB Advisory supports strategy implementation through design, development and delivery of customized education programs needed for successful strategy execution. Elizabeth serves as both instructor and developer of corporate finance, treasury management and strategic marketing programs. As a Vice President at CLB Partners (a predecessor company of CLB Advisory), Elizabeth has worked in the middle market advisory group, specifically in the area of mergers and acquisitions, capital structure analysis, valuation and strategic analysis.
Prior to joining CLB Advisory, she served as a national manager in the financial advisory training group at Bank of America, where she led the development and delivery of programs in corporate finance, valuation, capital structure, and strategic analysis, and also served as a Commercial Banking Client Manager. Her range of industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, general contracting, financial intermediaries and service industries.
Elizabeth has guest lectured and developed case studies at Babson College and the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. She is active in her community, and has served for many years on the Board of Directors of Easter Seals UCP of North Carolina and Virginia. Since her involvement, which began in 2007, Elizabeth has held the offices of Treasurer and First Vice Chairman. She is currently serving as Chairman of the Board. Elizabeth earned her MBA from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University in North Carolina, and holds BA degrees in both Spanish and Economics from the University of Virginia.
Elected to Easter Seals Board of Directors in October 2014, Ms. DeBiasi serves as secretary of the board.
