Pam Green is the president and CEO of Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati. Pam joined Easterseals in 2003. She served as vice president of development and community engagement and was named president and CEO in December 2011. When Easterseals and the publicly funded programs of Jewish Vocational Service merged the following year, she assumed the lead role.
During her time with the agency, Pam grew contributions significantly and co-authored the business plan for the agency’s social enterprise, Building Value, which was named runner-up winner in the Yale School of Management/ Goldman Sachs Foundation National Business Plan Competition.
Prior to joining the agency, she served as national director of business development at Kelly Law Registry, a specialized legal recruiting firm, and led Kelly Services’ offices in Raleigh, North Carolia; Austin, Texas; and Decatur, Illinois.
Pam is currently an appointed member of the Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council; the Hamilton County Job and Family Service Human Services Planning Committee; and the Hamilton County Economic Inclusion Advisory Council. She serves on the Easterseals Affiliate Leadership Council and as board treasurer of the Human Services Chamber. In the past, she served as vice president of the national board of directors for the Creating IT Futures Foundation, and as president of the board of Parents for Public Schools.
Pam holds a BA in English from Transylvania University in Lexington, KY. She and her husband live in Hyde Park with their two daughters.

Danielle Gentry-Barth, Vice President of Development and Marketing
Danielle joined Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati in February 2016 as vice president, development and marketing, and she is very proud to be part of such a great organization. Having spent her entire career in non-profit leadership, Danielle couldn’t imagine doing anything else. She has worked in the full spectrum of not-for-profit fundraising and marketing, and has earned a reputation for strategically aligning these with organizational vision and mission.
At Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati, Danielle leads all fundraising and marketing operations. She works closely with the board of directors, CEO, and leadership team to uncover areas of growth within the organization and increase awareness and support. Danielle is very passionate about her work, as she understands and appreciates the crucial impact that philanthropy has on those served by Easterseals.
Danielle has been a Certified Fund Raising Professional since 2008. She served as president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Cincinnati Chapter in 2012. Danielle was a member of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s C-Change Class 10. She was recognized as a “Great Leaders Under 40,” Class of 2015. She is currently the affiliate chair of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network Cincinnati Affiliate, a position she has held since 2011.
A proud Bearcat, Danielle holds a B.A. in History and Political Science and a M.A. in History and a Graduate Certificate in Museum Studies from the University of Cincinnati.
Danielle lives in Wyoming with her husband. They have four amazing girls in their lives – three daughters and a girl they mentored.

Debbie Smith, Vice President Education for Employment
Debbie Smith began her career with Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati in 1991 as a case manager. During her tenure, she has grown with the agency; becoming instrumental in the development of services that integrate funding systems, client needs and employers. Her knowledge and collaborative spirit makes her uniquely qualified to affect systemic changes to benefit the individuals served by Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati.
Debbie has been key in the development of Youth Services for the agency and has expanded funding to include Workforce Investment Act Areas 12 and 13, public school systems, the City of Cincinnati, Hamilton County and the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation. Smith is an advocate for youth inclusion in the workforce and sits on many local and regional committees to develop and enhance best practice models.
Workforce needs have changed and Debbie keeps a pulse on employer expectations. The movement toward stacking credentials and clearly defined career pathways has resulted in Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati offering nationally recognized credentials such as the Manufacturing Standards Safety Council Certification (MSSC), Work Keys, and National Career Readiness Certification (NCRC). She has created methods for all populations served to not only attain certification, but to increase academic talents through an online High School Diploma program, Key Train, as well as individualized tutoring which builds upon strengths to meet workforce needs.
Her passion for serving individuals on the autism spectrum has resulted in the creation of unique sensory modulation room and services to meet the needs of this growing population. Debbie has held multiple positions such a board member of the Ohio Autism Society, board member of the Regional Autism Advisory Council as well as the national Easterseals autism spokespersons network.
Debbie holds a B.A. in psychology from University of Dayton.
Kent Huxel, Vice President of Social Enterprise
Kent joined Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati in July 2021 as vice president, social enterprise. In this role, Kent is responsible for the growth and development of the agency’s social enterprises: Easterseals Production (kitting and fulfillment services) and Building Value (construction, salvage, and hardscaping services, and the Building Value retail store). He works closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive social enterprise growth, while strategically aligning with the organizational vision and mission of Easterseals. He currently serves as a member of the Easterseals Construction Advisory Council and the Building Value UWDI (Urban Workforce Development Initiative) Advisory Board.
Joining Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati provided a unique opportunity to leverage his business acumen and experience with the growth and impact that workforce engagement has on the individuals served by Easterseals. Kent brings more than 15 years of experience in business development, operations, and management to Easterseals. Most recently, he co-founded the start-up ReDye Mulch. Prior to leading ReDye Mulch, Kent was a National Account V.P. for Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) in Newport, KY.
A long-time Greater Cincinnati resident, Kent earned his B.S. in Business Management and Entrepreneurial Studies from Xavier University and his M.B.A. in Management from the University of Cincinnati. Kent and his wife live in Northern Kentucky with their twin boys.

Kevin Stamps, Chief of Staff
Kevin joined Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati in April 2021 as the Operations Manager for the packaging and fulfillment line of Easterseals’ social enterprise. While in this role, Kevin led his team to quintupled volume and a net revenue increase of 51%. In February of 2022, Kevin was promoted to his current position as Chief of Staff. In this role, Kevin works closely with the CEO to drive the strategic plan, align teams, and optimize efficient processes for the agency.
Joining Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati was a unique way of joining Kevin’s love for people with his business and leadership acumen. Prior to Easterseals, Kevin served over 11 years as a commissioned officer in the United States Army serving in high tempo units to include the 82nd Airborne Division and 3rd Special Forces Group. While serving, Kevin was able to travel the world conducting operations in Europe and Central Asia, primarily. He is a Paratrooper, a veteran of the Global War on Terrorism, and a recipient of the Combat Action Badge. Kevin cherishes the awesome experience and privilege of having served America’s sons and daughters.
A Kentucky native, Kevin earned his B.A. in Philosophy at Kentucky Wesleyan College, his M.B.A. in Management from Florida State University, and is currently a doctoral candidate at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College. He is also a certified Project Management Professional. Kevin, his wife, and their four children live in Northern Kentucky.
