Learn
Easterseals provides programs designed to help children and adults learn—and often re-learn—basic functions, master skills needed to develop and thrive, and be sharp and active as they age.
We are committed to a successful transition to civilian life for Greater Cincinnati’s returning service men and women. Veterans face a variety of challenges, including accessing and making the most of their military benefits to complete or further their education. We provide one-on-one attention and tap into our extensive community to connect you with the resources you need to reach your goals, whether it’s completing a GED or pursuing a Master’s degree. If you are veteran or know a veteran who wants continue their education, contact John at 513-475-6785.
Young Adult Career Connections
Easterseals offers young adults ages 17-24 a combination of job training with education supports so that young people succeed no matter the obstacles they are facing. We provide resources and connections for those striving to transition from school to post-secondary school or employment. We serve younger adults with disabilities, as well as younger adults facing disadvantages like repeating grade levels, unreliable housing or transportation, low income, and more. If you, a friend, or family member could benefit from a supportive network of caring adults, find out what programs you may quality for. Call Debbie at 513-386-6851.
Easterseals works with a number of partners to assist students in Cincinnati Public Schools to complete their studies and to get real-life job experience through internships at local businesses. For more information contact Gary at 513-377-1316.
