Construction Skills Training

FastTrac

Easterseals FastTrac provides intensive construction training in about 12 weeks. Get the training and credentials that will set you apart when exploring career and apprenticeship opportunities. FastTrac is designed for adults 18+ who have completed high school or their GED.

YouthBuild

Young adults ages 16-24 who live in Hamilton County and did not complete high school can learn the construction trade while completing their high school diploma or equivalent. Participants receive paid training and individualized support to address any professional or personal barriers they may be facing. Participants finish the program with industry experience and professional connections.

Building Value

Building Value provides paid, on-the-job training and work experience in a unique work culture. Associates deconstruct historic properties to salvage reusable building materials that are made available for sale to the public at Building Value's retail store in Northside. Easterseals staff work with Building Value associates to identify and manage barriers to employment, and provide the support they need to succeed long-term.
