Atlanta, July 1, 2016
ServiceMobi, a free service that helps people find neighbor-trusted home service professionals, announced today an innovative fundraising campaign in partnership with Easter Seals North Georgia. For every person that downloads and registers on ServiceMobi’s free mobile application, ServiceMobi will donate $1 to Easter Seals North Georgia (ESNG) from July 1st through August 1st, 2016. This program will directly benefit ESNG’s efforts to provide high-quality services that ensure all children with disabilities or other special needs and their families have equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play in north Georgia. Readers can find and download ServiceMobi’s free app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
ServiceMobi provides a mobile application that allows users to find home service professionals used and recommended by their neighbors. Through an intuitive map, a user can see the home service providers, such as plumbers, landscapers, electricians, remodelers and more, who are working nearby in real-time, or who have performed work nearby in the past. Users can also engage with neighbors through the app to get feedback and recommendations on these providers. Furthermore, users can contact the home service providers directly, receive quotes, book and pay for their services all through the mobile application.
“As a local, Atlanta company, our executive team is already involved with ESNG and this seemed like a creative way for us to give back even more,” remarked Matt Mong, ServiceMobi’s Vice President of Marketing. “Now our new customers can find the service providers they can trust and feel even better about doing it. Since the app is free, it is a free and simple way for people to make a difference.”
ServiceMobi already offers its users up to $30 or more in credits toward services paid for through its application. Just for signing up, a user receives $10 in credit to use on the first transaction. After that, ServiceMobi offers another $10 to use on the second transaction. Plus, users can earn $1 in credit for every person they refer to ServiceMobi. Now customers have an additional incentive to share the ServiceMobi application, because ServiceMobi will donate $1 to ESNG for every new user during this fundraising campaign regardless of how they find ServiceMobi.
“We are excited to partner with ServiceMobi to help drive awareness and funding for Easter Seals North Georgia,” said ESNG President and CEO, Donna Davidson. “Their application provides a valuable service, and now customers can help the Easter Seals just by downloading the ServiceMobi app for free. It is a win-win for everyone involved!”
Readers can download the ServiceMobi app for homeowners right now to generate another $1 to ESNG. New users must register on the app as well to be sure a unique user is created and the donation is made. Service Providers who wish to join the ServiceMobi platform will be counted as new users as well during this campaign.
