Century21 employees lend a helping hand at Camp Merry Heart to make a difference for people with disabilities
The CENTURY 21® group’s corporate headquarters in Parsippany, NJ, which adopted a cabin at Easter Seals Camp Merry Heart in 2002, volunteers one day each year to complete needed maintenance and improvements in preparation for the upcoming summer camping season at Camp Merry Heart.
Camp Merry Heart, established in 1954, is located on 123 beautiful acres in Warren County, NJ and has provided a recreational setting not otherwise readily available to individuals with disabilities. To date, the facility has provided camping, recreation and respite services to tens of thousands of people with disabilities or special needs.
This year's group of Century 21 employees arrived in early May to conduct a thorough spring cleaning, make necessary repairs to the facilities and equipment, and complete landscaping and beautification projects throughout the camp’s grounds.
CENTURY 21®’s relationship with Easter Seals began in 1979, and since that time, its thousands of franchise brokers and their agents have raised well over $100 million to provide services and support to children and adults with disabilities through Easter Seals.
On behalf of Easter Seals New Jersey and the 7,000+ individuals and families we serve, we thank Century 21 for volunteering their time and efforts at Camp Merry Heart and for their continued support and commitment to our mission throughout the year!
