Easterseals NH thanks BAE Systems for their generous $20,000 gift to ensure continued services during the COVID-19 pandemic for NH residents, including veterans and their families facing crises.

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all New Hampshire residents, but thanks to the generosity of BAE Systems, Easterseals NH has been able to quickly and efficiently assist people with disabilities or special needs, including service members, veterans and their families with a wide range of personal and financial needs.

The restrictions imposed by COVID-19 has made it challenging for people to access the services they rely on for their health and well-being. Easterseals NH is grateful for philanthropic partners, including BAE Systems, who provided needed support for low-income individuals in need of assistance with a priority for veterans and their families. The grant will ensure that those who receive Easterseals NH services will continue to receive critical care and emergency financial assistance while maintaining personal safety during the pandemic.

Maureen Beauregard, President & CEO for Easterseals NH, noted, “COVID-19 has changed all of our lives, but with the generous support of BAE Systems, Easterseals has been able to adapt and quickly respond to the needs of those we serve. Our commitment is to ensure that people with disabilities or special needs and veterans requiring assistance during this challenging time receive the assistance they need. Easterseals NH wishes to thank BAE Systems for always being there for our most vulnerable residents and providing an important safety net in times of crisis.”

“In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we know our communities and the nonprofits that support them are facing incredible challenges,” said Dave Harrold, Vice President & General Manager at BAE Systems Electronic Systems. “We are proud to continue our support of Easterseals NH mission.”
