There are 100 youth in our care, ranging in ages from 13-21 years old.

Training

TRAINING
Easterseals provides a paid orientation and training program, in addition to ongoing professional development with potential for growth.

Benefits

REQUIREMENTS
You must be at least 18 years or older to fill this position. A high school diploma or GED, as well as two years of work experience are also required. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

COMPENSATION
Starting wage for a Youth Support Specialist is $18/hour. Opportunity to increase to $18.50/hour at 3 months of employment! Opportunity to increase to $19/hour at 6 months of employment!
