Special Education Teachers

CAN YOU SEE YOURSELF IN THIS ROLE?

As a special education teacher, you’ll work at one of our year-round Manchester locations and gain hands-on experience within a structured school system. With intimate class sizes of 10 students or less, you can directly engage with and learn about a variety of psychological and neurological disabilities, ranging from clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, to clients who have non-verbal and behavioral disorders.

This is not a desk job. In this role, you will implement classroom programming to meet the educational, social and vocational needs of students with disabilities. You will directly impact the lives of our students by designing a classroom environment that is motivating and stimulating, creating and implementing lesson plans, supervising paraprofessionals, and gathering and reporting data on student progress.
