As a paraprofessional, you’ll work at one of our year-round Manchester locations and gain hands-on experience within a structured school system. With intimate class sizes of 10 students or less, you can directly engage with and learn about a variety of psychological and neurological disabilities, ranging from clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, to clients who have non-verbal and behavioral disorders.
This is not a desk job. Our interactive work directly impacts the lives of the individuals we serve. Whether you are assisting a client with daily living activities, improving relationship skills, or developing coping mechanisms, you will become a needed, trusted role model in this team-oriented position.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BECOMING A PARAPROFESSIONAL:
LOCATIONS We have two locations in Manchester, NH and one location in Lancaster, NH.
HOURS 7:00am-3:00pm, Monday to Friday, Year Round.
WHO YOU WILL SERVE There are 100 youth in our care, ranging in age from 5-21 years old.
TRAINING Easterseals provides a paid orientation and training program, in addition to ongoing professional development with potential for growth.
REQUIREMENTS You must be 21 years of age or older to fill either position. A high school diploma or GED is required.
COMPENSATION $19 - $20 per hour, dependent upon education. Full-time employees are offered competitive benefit packages.
