We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and energetic Lead Teachers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children! Working at Easterseals New Hampshire’s Child Development Centers is an exciting opportunity, as we are committed to providing high-quality, integrated child development services to children of all abilities. We have openings available in our Infant, Toddler and Preschool classrooms and our centers are National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accredited.

As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement curriculum plans, provide age-appropriate instruction and supervision, interact with children in a nurturing and developmentally appropriate way, assure the supervision and safety of children, perform child observations and assessments and supervise Associate Teachers. This is a unique opportunity to become part of an interdisciplinary team that will deliver the best care and services possible to the children and families we serve.

Easterseals provides a paid orientation and training program, in addition to ongoing professional development with potential for growth.

Benefits

REQUIREMENTS
Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, including a three (3) credit course in child growth & development, knowledge of NAEYC standards and criteria and prior experience working with young children.

Pay

COMPENSATION 
Starting $20 hourly! Full-time employees are offered competitive benefit packages.
