Job Summary

Location

This is an in-home role with opportunities all over the state: Rochester, Laconia, Nashua, Manchester. Care Coordinators will assess who has a need and schedule placements.

Job Type

Part-time

Working Hours

Dependent upon the individual needs of each client. Shifts are typically four hours or less. This position offers a flexible, part-time schedule.

Requirements

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to fill these positions.
  • A high school diploma or GED is also required.

Compensation

$15.00 per hour.
