Gain experience in navigating both residential and educational systems, serving as a dependable liaison between child, parents, teachers, and other professionals. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT becoming a family outreach worker:
LOCATIONS Greater Manchester area as well as a Residential Setting in Manchester.
HOURS These positions are full time and do require some evening and rotating on-call hours to meet families needs.
WHO YOU WILL SERVE Youth and their families in need of resources and extra support.
TRAINING Easterseals provides a paid orientation and training program, in addition to ongoing professional development with potential for growth.
REQUIREMENTS Family outreach workers require a Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field and 2 years of experience working with children and families.
COMPENSATION Pay is based on education, experience, and certifications. Full-time employees are offered competitive benefit packages.
