Empower children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in this client-centered role. By following treatment strategies developed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), our program provides impactful support for children with behavioral, developmental, and communication needs.
Work one-on-one with children in our clinic or in a community or home setting, following personalized treatment plans to improve interpersonal skills and develop independence. Gain insightful experience working with children across the autism spectrum through enriching vocational and educational activities. Your encouragement and enthusiasm while teaching critical life skills will enhance the lives of children with autism and their families.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT becoming a BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN:
LOCATIONS Manchester and Salem.
HOURS Monday-Friday, full-time or part-time, year-round.
WHO YOU WILL SERVE Children on the autism spectrum.
TRAINING Easterseals provides a paid orientation and training program, in addition to ongoing professional development with potential for growth. Within six months of being hired for this position, training is provided to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials.
REQUIREMENTS This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Applicants must also possess a valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle. Some experience working with young children and basic computer skills are also needed. Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred.
COMPENSATION $20-$22 hourly, dependent upon education. Full-time employees are offered competitive benefit packages.
