Shared Living Services
Our residential services are tailored to meet the needs of each person we serve. We understand a successful placement begins with a good match between the home provider’s lifestyle and the individual’s interests, lifestyle and support needs. We provide ongoing support and monitoring as well as respite resources to ensure safety, satisfaction and assist with placement longevity. We provide a stable and comfortable living environment while working toward building community connections to enhance the lives of the people we support.
Staffed Residential Services
We have over 20 residential homes that provide staffing 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We provide person-centered assessment, coordination, and treatment services necessary to meet the needs of high risk and complex individuals. These services are provided so that these individuals may transition to a safer, more fulfilling life by becoming responsible, accountable, and productive citizens.
Family Services
Easterseals believes that whenever possible a person should live in the community with natural supports. Many families need some type of support to make this a reality. We work with families across the state to help them keep their loved ones at home. Services can include but are not limited to: financial support, education and training, staffing supports, respite, assistance with activities of daily living, transportation, nursing services and emergency support.
